Constant Anée was born the 28th of January 1970 in Poissy, France.

He left the school at 18 years old and didn’t graduate.
He started to work as a photographer assistant at studio Astre in 1988. He bought his first camera rolleiflex when he was 19 years old. He mostly took pictures of concerts and street pictures. He also started to print his own black and white pictures.
Constant was a novice and rarely been publish during that time. A real discovery for him was when he started to photograph with color negative, he went to people houses and did portraits of them. Constant started to take portraits for magazines, and also sometimes did publicity, even if he didn’t like that so much.

When he was 31 he met Natalia, the woman he had two children with, Lou and Violette. During that time he did fashion and was published much more. When he was with Natalia and their first child Lou, he started a photography family project called “The handsome Family”. He was very inspired , and wanted to take pictures of his family, their evolution. His aim was to always keep a trace of their love.
They moved together to Buenos Aires, Argentina. He quit photography for 16 years, but in 2023 he started taking pictures again.

He continues his personal and family project.
